Due to Isaac’s outstanding contribution to the Certified Secretary profession and Good Corporate Governance practice, he received a commendation by Institute of Certified Secretaries in the year 2018
Isaac Nduru is a Certified Public Secretary and an accredited Governance auditor. Isaac has over 10 years of experience as a certified Secretary and a is also a Corporate Governance Expert. Isaac is an accredited assessor of Champions of Governance Awards by ICS. The Champions of Governance (COG) Award is an annual award that was inaugurated in year 2010 by Institute of Certified Secretary, awarded to Organizations and individuals in Kenya that exhibit the highest standards of good governance practices. Isaac has also conducted Board Evaluations and trainings on Board effectiveness. Until 2020 Isaac was the CEO of Emu Registrars and Director of Mazars Consulting Ltd.
Currently Isaac Nduru is the Managing Director of Ainick Advvisory Limited ( owes 40% of KAMDOR) a Company he founded which outsourced Company Secretarial Services and Governance Advisory Services
